There are over 18,000 species of butterflies in the world, John only has 4,641. Flutter follows John Bedford, a 76 yr old amateur butterfly collector on his excursion to the jungles of Vietnam. Audiences are transported to a world of wonder and childlike excitement but, as the film reveals, the subject is as fragile as the habitat he loves and seeks to preserve.
